Led by Omar Little's 38 point night, the Saints picked up a non-conference 105-80 win over the Cougars of the Community College of Allegheny County.
In the first half, the Saints couldn't seem to pull away as they held a lead but could never get it to double digits as the Cougars kept making small runs. The halftime score was 55-47 in favor of the Saints going into the break.
As the second half got underway, the game remained close and was even tied at the 13:27 minute mark. However, the Saints got hot shooting and built a lead that grew throughout the final ten minutes and then the Saints coasted to the 105-80 win.
The Saints were led by Omar Little's 38 points including 14 from the free throw line. Xavier Sewell chipped in with 16 of his own while Chris Collins played a big game netting 12 points and grabbing 14 rebounds for the double double. Justice Davis was big off the bench with 10 points and 6 rebounds.
With the win, the Saints are now 7-5 on the season and hosts CCBC this weekend at 3:00 p.m.
