The Saints softball team left no doubts Saturday (3/2) afternoon, as they took down William Penn College 11-0.
The Saints tallied 9 runs in the 1st inning, leaving no hope for William Penn. The Saints continued their dominance by scoring 2 more runs in the second inning. The Saints' offense was spraked by Jodi Frontino, who doubled and collected 3 RBI's in the win. Macy Pusateri also tripled in the victory.
To supplement the hot start offensively, the Saints threw 5 scoreless innings, before 10 running William Penn in the 5th. Cheyenne Hindman struck out 3 batters in 2 hitless innings, while Tori Harding waived 4 batters in 3 hitless innings of relief.
The Saints are back in action on Sunday (3/3) as they take on Muskegon Community College at 9:30am, and North Idaho College at 11:15am.
