Saints Lose Championship Game

Saints Lose Championship Game

With the series tied at one game apiece, the regional championship came down to game three, which was played earlier than scheduled due to forcasted rain showers.

With a quick turnaround for both teams, the County College of Morris tallied eight runs within the first two innings. Tori Harding came on in relief and weathered the storm in the first inning, but it seemed to be too big of a hole for MNE to climb out of.

Tori Harding sparked the offense by collecting three hits in four attempts, which included two doubles. Cheyenne Hindman also homered in the loss.

The Saints concluded their season by posting an overall record of 41-17. A special thank you to the Sophomore class who made this season so special!
